Sanskrit Studies Returns Policy

You can return your physical product which you purchased to the address below in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the items. Please note all physical products must be unopened, with seals and wrapping in original condition, along with all labels attached, to be eligible for a full refund at the price you paid for the item.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order.

Please note there is a $10 processing fee deducted for all returns to cover the cost of processing orders, handling and packing the products purchased, and the delivery of products. For refunds of physical products please allow 5 to 10 business days to complete.

Please note there are no returns for any downloadable products from the Sanskrit Studies store.

Shipping
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for shipping within the US. For international orders please allow up to 8 weeks.

Cancellations prior to shipping
If you contact us before your order is shipped we are happy to change or cancel an order, however, it may be subject to a processing fee of up to $10. Once orders have been shipped they are subject to our returns policy and all applicable fees.
