Luminous Soul Meditation has its roots in the Pātanjāla Yoga system.
It operates on the reality that, when the mind is quiet and thoughts begin to subside, you will feel your essence, your Luminous Soul.
Luminous Soul Meditation practice wants you to experience both a healthy outer life with all of its various aspects, as well as a grounded relationship with your inner life.

Beginning Luminous Soul Meditation practice:
Start by creating a set schedule of 3 times per week. In each session, sit for 8 minutes. Watch your body, mind and breath. Expand your field of awareness by reminding yourself to feel what you are beyond your body and mind. Sit still and be with it.
Note to beginners:
If you experience looping of repeated thoughts or if you feel tension due to various happenings in your life, begin by releasing tension first. You can do this by being present to what is bubbling on your mental or emotional field. Be present, but don’t follow thoughts. Your ability to be present will release the tension.
