In this weekend retreat via zoom, I’ll discuss the natural yearning for spiritual depth that arises in life, and how to approach it to grow yourself in it effectively. 

Each day, we’ll practice meditation, chanting and I’ll give a spiritual and yogic teaching to guide you in how to grow your yogic practice, showing you how to nurture your interest and thirst in spiritual depth.
